Corporate Display Specialties was chosen to be the official sign producer and designer for this years Pilot Pen Tennis tournament. This event featured 15 of the top 20 women players in the world, and is the predecessor of the U.S. Open. See more about the tournament here:
Our responsibilities included the installation of all court side graphics, including back walls and side walls, sponsor graphics mounted to sintra for upper tier walls, parking and security signs, and menu boards for restaurant tents. Our responsibility also included updating the brackets with players names every morning as well, and any other signs needed for the duration of the tournament.
Our professional crew of 5 worked a week of 14 hour shifts for the week before the tournament, and 2 men were on site for the duration of the tournament for updating brackets, and last minute signs that the tournament needed.
We had 2 large vinyl cutting machines on site in a modular trailer, plus computers and cutting tables where all of the work was done onsite.
We also had a 10x10 sponsor tent on site for the tournament duration.
