Backlit Exhibit Rental

We are often asked by customers if they should consider rental versus purchasing a new trade show exhibit. The easiest answer is found by asking a few simple questions.

1. How many shows will exhibit in with this new exhibit?

2. How often do you change or redesign your exhibit space?

3. Do you have space to store a large exhibit?

Based on the first answer of how many shows they plan for the new exhibit you can easily find an answer. If it’s 3 or less, they are better off renting. The main reason is that is will cost the same or less as purchasing the new exhibit and you do not have to pay for storage or refurbishment between shows.
